In order to complete a purchase with The Drunk Aunties, LLC you must agree to the following:

• I understand SALE purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
• I understand if for any reason a shipping address is incorrect, The Drunk Aunties, LLC cannot adjust this and will result in order cancellation.
• I understand Order processing takes 7-10 business days before shipment  
• I understand due to the COVID-19 PANDEMIC there may be shipping delays with USPS beyond The Drunk Aunties, LLC control. 
• I understand The Drunk Aunties, LLC cannot provide additional shipping information beyond what's provided through tracking numbers once it is with USPS.
• I understand once an item is in transit there is no action The Drunk Aunties, LLC can take to expedite the delivery process.
• I understand that any delivery issues, such as a confirmed delivered but missing package should be taken directly to the local post office as The Drunk Aunties, LLC has no control over mishandled USPS deliveries.
• I understand The Drunk Aunties, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
• I understand The Drunk Aunties, LLC has sole discretion to cancel an order at any time. 
• I have read, understood and agreed with all terms and conditions including but not limited to return policies and estimated processing and shipping timeframes for the items I wish to purchase.
• If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or transactions violating the terms of website use, we are at sole discretion to cancel such orders. These customers/accounts will be denied access from the use of site or purchase of products in the future.
