  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn items to us within 5 days of delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.

Please contact customer service for authorization. Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. You will be notified of your store credit via email. Customers are responsible for return shipping. 

  • What if I received a defective item?

If you receive a defective item, we will replace it with the same item in the same size. To be eligible for a defective item exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damage.If entitled to a replacement item due to defect or damage, we will replace the product, subject to inventory, within a reasonable period of time. If the replacement item is not available, you will receive a full refund. 

  • Wrong address?

Prior to placing your order, please check your shipping address for accuracy. For any reason a shipping address is incorrect, The Drunk Aunties, LLC cannot make any adjustments, and this will result in order cancellation.

  • What if I never received my item? 

Once an item is in transit with USPS, there is no action The Drunk Aunties, LLC can take to expedite the delivery process. Any delivery issues such as items stating delivered, without a package received, should be escalated directly to your local post office, as The Drunk Aunties, LLC does not manage USPS deliveries. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENTS?

  • Turn garment inside out when washing. 
  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
  • Do not iron printed or embroidered areas.
  • Avoid drying your garments in a dryer, as this type of drying can be damaging. Instead, lay flat and drip-dry for preservation and a long life.
  • If you use a dryer, tumble dry on low heat setting.
